Payment Terms
Payment Options:
We accept online payments via major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Billing Cycle:
a. Pro Membership: The monthly subscription fee of $15 for Pro members will be charged automatically on the same day each month from the card provided during the initial sign-up.
b. Elite Membership: Elite members will be billed annually at a fixed rate of $165 on the anniversary date of their subscription. The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payment Authorization:
By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for the agreed-upon subscription fee based on your chosen membership plan.
Renewal and Cancellation:
All memberships are automatically renewed every month until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support.
Refunds:
a. Pro Membership: If you choose to cancel your Elite membership within 24 hours of the monthly payment, you will be given a full refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds for the monthly Pro membership fee. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
b. Elite Membership: If you choose to cancel your Elite membership within 30 days of the annual payment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the annual fee.
